The money in the Vehicle Inspection and Repair Fund necessary for the administration of this chapter and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 44000) of Part 5 of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code is available to the department, when appropriated for those purposes.

Notes

Allows money in the Vehicle Inspection and Repair Fund that is necessary to administer the chapter and the specified Health and Safety Code chapter to be made available to the department when appropriated for those purposes. The provision conditions departmental availability on appropriation.
