As used in this chapter:

(a) “Station” means a lamp adjusting station or a brake adjusting station.

(b) “Licensed station” means a station licensed by the bureau pursuant to this chapter.

(c) “Licensed adjuster” means a person licensed by the bureau for adjusting lamps in licensed lamp adjusting stations or for adjusting brakes in licensed brake adjusting stations.

Notes

Defines a “station” as a lamp-adjusting or brake-adjusting station and a “licensed station” as one licensed by the bureau under the chapter. Defines a “licensed adjuster” as a bureau-licensed person authorized to adjust lamps in licensed lamp-adjusting stations or brakes in licensed brake-adjusting stations.
