A homeowner shall give written notice to the management of not less than 60 days before vacating his or her tenancy.

Requires a mobilehome homeowner to give park management written notice at least 60 days before vacating the tenancy. The homeowner must provide the notice in writing, and the minimum notice period is measured from the planned date the homeowner will leave the tenancy.
