Any person who violates Section 11226, 11227, 11234, 11244, 11245, or 11283, is guilty of a public offense punishable by a fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000), by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 of the Penal Code or in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
Notes
Sets public-offense penalties for violating any of the listed time-share provisions. A violator may be fined up to $10,000, imprisoned under the cited Penal Code provision or in county jail for no more than one year, or punished by both the fine and imprisonment.
