California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 4 — Real Estate, Part 3 — Licensing and Certification of Real Estate Appraisers, Chapter 5 — Reciprocity of Licenses and Certification, Section 11351

Temporary practice is not required under this chapter if the appraiser from another state assists in the performance of the appraisal as provided by Section 11324.

Notes

Exempts an out-of-state appraiser from the chapter’s temporary-practice requirement when the appraiser assists in performing an appraisal as provided by the referenced provision. The exemption is limited to that specified assistance and does not state broader authority for an out-of-state appraiser to undertake independent appraisal practice without satisfying other applicable requirements.
