The failure of an aggrieved person to comply with this chapter shall constitute a waiver of any rights hereunder.

Notes

Establishes that an aggrieved person who fails to comply with the chapter waives any rights provided under it. The provision makes compliance a condition of retaining chapter rights and states no partial-compliance exception, cure period, separate deadline, monetary threshold, or alternative remedy within the text beyond the waiver consequence.
