“Sell,” in any of its variant forms, includes barter, exchange, trade, rent, lease, keep for sale, offer for sale, or expose for sale, in any of their variant forms.

Defines “sell,” in all variant forms, to include barter, exchange, trade, rent, lease, keeping for sale, offering for sale, and exposing for sale, including variant forms of those activities. The definition extends the statutory meaning beyond a direct sale transaction to the listed transfer, rental, and offering activities.
