Any person neglecting or refusing to exhibit any weight, measure, weighing or measuring instrument, or appliances and accessories connected therewith in his possession or under his control, to any sealer for inspection and examination is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Establishes a misdemeanor when a person neglects or refuses to show a weight, measure, weighing or measuring instrument, or connected appliance or accessory in that person’s possession or control to a sealer for inspection and examination. The provision makes access to controlled measuring equipment mandatory when the sealer seeks to inspect it.
