California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 5 — Weights and Measures, Chapter 14 — Fuels and Lubricants, Article 4 — Motor Oil Fee, Section 13434

The moneys which are received by the secretary pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund and shall be used only for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and Chapter 15 (commencing with Section 13700).

Notes

Requires all money the secretary receives under the chapter to be deposited in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund. Those funds may be used only to administer and enforce this chapter and the specified following chapter, rather than for unrelated departmental purposes.
