Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this chapter may be enforced by the city attorney, district attorney, or Attorney General.
Notes
Allows the city attorney, district attorney, or Attorney General to enforce the chapter notwithstanding any other provision of law. The enforcement authority is expressly given to each of those three public officials and applies to enforcement of the chapter despite other provisions of law that would otherwise govern.
