It is not necessary for the plaintiff, in any action under this chapter, to provide or file any undertaking or bond for the issuance of any interim or final injunction.

Notes

Exempts a plaintiff in any action under the chapter from providing or filing an undertaking or bond as a condition for issuance of an interim or final injunction. The exemption applies to both interim and final injunctive relief and removes the security requirement for plaintiffs seeking either form of injunction under the chapter.
