Nothing in this chapter shall apply to a mobilehome as defined in Section 18008 of the Health and Safety Code or to a manufactured home as defined in Section 18007 of the Health and Safety Code.
Notes
Exempts mobilehomes, as defined in the referenced Health and Safety Code provision, and manufactured homes, as defined in another referenced Health and Safety Code provision, from the entire chapter. The chapter therefore does not apply to either category when the home falls within the incorporated statutory definition.
