Evictions pursuant to this article shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 1159) of Title 3 of Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, except as otherwise provided in this article.
Notes
Requires evictions brought under the article to follow the specified unlawful-detainer requirements in the Code of Civil Procedure, except where the article itself provides a different rule. The incorporated eviction procedures therefore govern only to the extent that no provision within this article supplies an alternative requirement.
