Each participant is required to comply with the provisions of this article and shall abide by the rules and decisions of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation adopted in accordance with this article.

Requires each participant to comply with every provision of the article and to follow the rules and decisions adopted by the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation in accordance with the article. The obligation applies to participants both as to statutory compliance and as to corporation rules and decisions properly adopted under the article.
