The commission shall adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, rules and regulations as may be necessary to enable it to carry out the laws relating to boxing and the martial arts.

Requires the State Athletic Commission, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to adopt, amend, or repeal rules and regulations as necessary to carry out laws relating to boxing and martial arts. The provision assigns regulatory rulemaking responsibility to the commission for those subjects.
