This chapter shall not be interpreted to prevent a buyer from paying the full remaining balance of a fixed term installment contract before its maturity.

Allows a buyer to pay the entire remaining balance of a fixed-term installment contract before the contract reaches maturity. The chapter may not be interpreted to prevent such early payoff, and the provision states no separate penalty, notice requirement, fee, or exception to that right.
