This chapter shall not apply to light and noncontact kickboxing and martial arts, and kickboxing and martial arts instruction and schools.

Notes

Exempts light and noncontact kickboxing and martial arts from the chapter, along with kickboxing and martial arts instruction and schools. The chapter therefore does not apply to those specified noncontact activities or to instructional and school settings for kickboxing or martial arts.
