A person shall not engage in the business of sanitizing any article of bedding or filling material, provided for in this chapter, without first having his or her sanitization equipment tested and approved by the bureau.
Notes
Prohibits a person from engaging in the business of sanitizing bedding or filling material covered by the chapter unless the person’s sanitization equipment has first been tested and approved by the bureau. The testing and approval requirement therefore applies before the sanitizing business activity begins.
