Sanitization labels shall be sold only to sanitizers licensed under this chapter. Illegal possession of any sanitization label is a violation of this chapter. Void or mutilated labels shall be returned to the bureau.

Limits sale of sanitization labels to sanitizers licensed under the chapter and makes illegal possession of a sanitization label a chapter violation. It also requires void or mutilated sanitization labels to be returned to the bureau rather than retained or used.
