Any reference in California law to the Bureau of Home Furnishings or to the Bureau of Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation shall be deemed to refer to the Bureau of Household Goods and Services.

Defines references in California law to the former Bureau of Home Furnishings or Bureau of Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation as references to the Bureau of Household Goods and Services. The rule redirects either older bureau name to the current bureau named in the provision.
