Each common area facility shall be open or available to residents at all reasonable hours, and the hours of the common area facility shall be posted at the facility.
Notes
Requires every common area facility in a floating home marina to be open or otherwise available to residents during all reasonable hours. Management must also post the facility’s hours at that common area facility, making both reasonable availability and on-site posting of the hours required.
