(a) All moneys in the Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation Fund shall be transferred to the Household Goods and Services Fund by July 1, 2026. On July 1, 2026, the Home Furnishing and Thermal Insulation Fund shall be abolished.
(b) This section shall remain in effect only until December 31, 2026, and as of that date is repealed.
Notes
Requires all money in the Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation Fund to be transferred to the Household Goods and Services Fund by July 1, 2026, and abolishes the former fund on that date. The provision remains effective only through December 31, 2026, when it is repealed.
