Sections 19258 to 19260.3, inclusive, shall, to the extent deemed necessary by the bureau, apply to persons having control, direct or indirect, over or persons affiliated with any household mover.

Notes

Extends the requirements of Sections 19258 through 19260.3, to the extent the bureau considers necessary, to persons who have direct or indirect control over a household mover and to persons affiliated with a household mover. The bureau determines how far those referenced provisions apply to those persons.
