Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a mule racing meeting or mule races may be conducted by any fair.
Notes
Allows any fair to conduct either a mule racing meeting or individual mule races despite other law. The authorization applies to a fair conducting a meeting devoted to mule racing as well as to a fair conducting one or more mule races under the permission stated in the provision.
