(a) A GenAI system hosting platform shall not knowingly make available a GenAI system that does not place disclosures pursuant to Section 22757.3.
(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2027.

Prohibits a GenAI system hosting platform from knowingly making available a GenAI system that does not place the disclosures required by the referenced disclosure provision for those systems. Sets January 1, 2027, as the date on which this prohibition becomes operative.
