California CodesBusiness and Professions Code - BPCDivision 8 — Special Business RegulationsChapter 32 — Consumer Protection Against Computer Spyware ActSection 22947.6

The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter or its application is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.

Notes

Establishes that the chapter provisions are severable, so invalidation of one provision or its application does not invalidate other provisions or applications that can still operate without it. The rule preserves every remaining part or application capable of being given effect independently of the invalid portion.
