Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, an entity that is subject to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 28200) of Division 12 of the Vehicle Code shall not be subject to this chapter.
Notes
Exempts an entity subject to Chapter 6, commencing with Section 28200, of Division 12 of the Vehicle Code from this chapter, notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter. An entity covered by that Vehicle Code chapter therefore is not subject to the chapter containing this exemption.
