“Exporter” means any person who sells, delivers, or consigns alcoholic beverages located within this State for delivery, use, or sale without the State.

Defines exporter as a person who sells, delivers, or consigns alcoholic beverages located within California for delivery, use, or sale outside California. The definition applies when the alcoholic beverages are located within the state and are sold, delivered, or consigned for delivery, use, or sale outside the state.
