“Private warehouse” means any place maintained by a licensee, other than his licensed premises, for the storage but not for the sale of alcohol or alcoholic beverages owned by the licensee.

Defines private warehouse as a place maintained by a licensee, separate from the licensee's licensed premises, for storing alcohol or alcoholic beverages owned by that licensee but not for selling them. The definition requires licensee ownership of the stored beverages and excludes sales use at the warehouse.
