Nothing in this division prevents the sale, in packages of less than one-half pint, of bitters or other aromatic or flavoring or medicinal preparations, which are classed for taxing purposes as distilled spirits, by off-sale general licensees.

Notes

Allows off-sale general licensees to sell bitters and other aromatic, flavoring, or medicinal preparations in packages smaller than one-half pint even when those preparations are classified as distilled spirits for tax purposes. The division does not prevent those sub-half-pint sales by the specified licensees.
