A beer and wine importer’s general license authorizes the person to whom issued to become an importer of beer or wine and to sell state tax paid beer or wine to beer manufacturer's, wine grower's, beer and wine wholesaler's, wine rectifier’s and beer and wine importer’s general licensees.
Notes
Allows a beer and wine importer general licensee to import beer or wine and sell state-tax-paid beer or wine to specified beer manufacturers, winegrowers, beer-and-wine wholesalers, wine rectifiers, and other beer-and-wine importer general licensees. The sales authority is limited to the listed licensed recipients and to beer or wine on which state tax has been paid.
