Any applicant for a wine grower’s license shall, at the time of filing application for license, accompany the application with a license fee based upon a reasonable estimate of the amount of wine gallonage to be produced by the applicant.

Requires every applicant for a winegrower's license to submit, when filing the license application, a license fee based on a reasonable estimate of the amount of wine gallonage the applicant will produce. The estimated production amount is the expressly stated basis for the accompanying license fee.
