A special onsale general license may be transferred from person to person or from premises to premises, as provided in this article, but only for the operation of the licensed premises as required by Section 23399.2.
Notes
Allows a special on-sale general license to be transferred from one person to another or from one premises to another under the article. Limits any such transfer to operation of the licensed premises in the manner required by the specified statutory provision governing that operation.
