The department may order the alcoholic beverages or other property seized disposed of, or returned to the petitioner if illegally or erroneously seized.
Notes
Allows the department to order disposal of alcoholic beverages or other property that has been seized, or to order the property returned to a petitioner when it was illegally or erroneously seized. The provision gives the department these two stated dispositions for seized beverages or property.
