An exemption under law that applies to a cannabis product in the possession, or under the control, of the individual cultivator, shall apply similarly and completely to the cannabis product that is delivered by its cultivator members that are in the possession, or under the control, of the association.

Extends any legal exemption applicable to a cannabis product while in an individual cultivator’s possession or control equally and fully to cannabis products delivered by cultivator members while those products are in the association’s possession or control. The provision carries the existing exemption over without stating an additional condition or limitation.
