This article shall not affect or apply to fees or taxes imposed pursuant to the Sales and Use Tax Law or the Vehicle License Fee Law, and all amendments and additions now or hereafter made to such statutes.
Notes
Exempts fees and taxes imposed under the Sales and Use Tax Law and Vehicle License Fee Law from the article’s operation. The exemption also covers all present and future amendments and additions to those statutes, leaving those tax and fee regimes unaffected.
