The Department of Fish and Game shall charge the following fees for permits issued pursuant to Section 5 pursuant to the following schedule:

Sets Department of Fish and Game permit fees for zone gill-net and trammel-net permits at $250 for calendar year 1991, $500 for 1992, and $1,000 for 1993. The schedule applies to permits issued under the referenced authorization during those three years.
