If any provision of this title or if any application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the title and the application of the provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Notes
Establishes that if any provision of the title, or its application to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The invalidity likewise does not affect application of the challenged provision to other persons or circumstances outside the invalid application.
