Where an obligation does not fix the time for its performance, an offer of performance may be made at any time before the debtor, upon a reasonable demand, has refused to perform.
Notes
Allows an offer of performance, when the obligation fixes no performance time, to be made at any time before the debtor has refused to perform after a reasonable demand. The debtor therefore retains the ability to tender performance until a reasonable demand has been made and performance has been refused.
