In each superior court there shall be a small claims division. The small claims division may be known as the small claims court.

Notes

Establishes a small claims division in every superior court and allows that division to be known as the small claims court. The requirement applies to each superior court, while the alternative small claims court wording is permitted as the name used for the required small claims division.
