Courts of justice may be held and judicial business transacted on any day, except as provided in this article.
Notes
Allows courts of justice to be held and judicial business to be transacted on any day, subject to the exceptions provided elsewhere in the same article. The authorization is therefore general as to days on which courts may sit or conduct judicial business, but it yields to any contrary rule contained in that article.
