An action for relief not hereinbefore provided for must be commenced within four years after the cause of action shall have accrued.
Notes
Sets a four-year limitation period for an action seeking relief when no earlier provision of the title supplies a limitation period. The four years run from accrual of the cause of action, making that residual period applicable only to relief not otherwise provided for by the preceding limitations provisions.
