The remedies provided by this chapter are cumulative and shall not be construed as restricting any remedy that is otherwise available, and, in particular, shall not be construed to supplant the provisions of the Unfair Practices Act.

Establishes that the remedies provided by the chapter are cumulative and do not restrict any remedy otherwise available. Bars interpreting the chapter’s remedies to supplant the Unfair Practices Act, preserving that Act and other available remedies alongside the remedies expressly provided by the chapter.
