This chapter shall not apply to any person licensed pursuant to Division 9 (commencing with Section 23000) of the Business and Professions Code.
Notes
Exempts any person licensed under Division 9 of the Business and Professions Code, beginning with the referenced licensing provision, from the chapter. The exclusion applies based on that licensing status and removes such a licensed person from the chapter’s requirements.
