All statutes and rules governing costs and attorney’s fees shall apply in expedited jury trials, unless the parties agree otherwise in the consent order.

Requires statutes and rules governing recoverable costs and attorney’s fees to apply in expedited jury trials just as they otherwise would. The parties may displace those ordinary cost and fee rules by agreeing to different treatment in the consent order governing their expedited jury trial.
