Service on the attorney for the judgment creditor or the judgment debtor pursuant to the provisions of this article constitutes service on the judgment creditor or judgment debtor for the purposes of this title.

Notes

Establishes that service made on the attorney for a judgment creditor or judgment debtor under the article counts as service on the represented judgment creditor or debtor for purposes of the title. The provision treats attorney service as legally sufficient party service within that scope.
