The court shall hear evidence for or against the petition and may order judgment on the petition vesting the interest of the delinquent in the mine or mining claim in the petitioner.
Notes
Requires the court to hear evidence both for and against the petition concerning a delinquent interest in a mine or mining claim. After hearing that evidence, the court may enter judgment on the petition vesting the delinquent party’s interest in the mine or mining claim in the petitioner.
