This article applies only to lands within a city in any county with a population exceeding 4,000,000, or with a population of more than 700,000 and less than 710,000 as determined by the 1960 Federal Decennial Census.
Notes
Limits the article to land located within a city in a county meeting one of two population thresholds under the 1960 Federal Decennial Census: more than 4,000,000 residents, or more than 700,000 but fewer than 710,000 residents. Land outside those specified county and city conditions is not covered by the article.
