Nothing in this chapter affects the rules of law which determine the relief, if any, to be granted when a person constructs on his own land an improvement which encroaches on adjoining land.
Notes
Limits the chapter’s effect by preserving the existing rules of law that determine what relief, if any, is available when a person constructs an improvement on that person’s own land and the improvement encroaches on adjoining land. The chapter does not alter those rules for determining relief in that circumstance.
