The trial court may, in its discretion, dispense with or limit the security required by any section in this chapter, when the appellant is an executor, administrator, trustee, guardian, conservator or other person acting in another’s right.
Notes
Allows the trial court, in its discretion, to dispense with or limit security otherwise required by any provision in the chapter when the appellant is an executor, administrator, trustee, guardian, conservator, or another person acting in another’s right. The provision grants discretionary relief based on the appellant’s representative capacity rather than requiring full security in every such case.
